Welcome to the Ardmore Park Web Site
Spring Picnic and Annual MeetingThe Ardmore Park Annual Meeting will be held at the park, at 4PM on May 15. It will be in conjunction with a spring picnic, which should have fewer insects than last fall's event.
You can pay your annual dues, and get in for free, or contribute $5 to help defray expenses. All are invited, but only paid members can vote on any items that come up at the meeting. The business meeting is expected to be fairly brief.
Annual Dues
It's that time
of year again, where the Neighborhood Association asks for your
voluntary dues contribution. It would be great if protecting
your property values, having input to the city council, helping
improve our community and providing information to all was free.
Unfortunately, it isn't. We are members of 3 external
planning councils (Buckhead Council of Neighborhoods, NPU-E and
the Brookwood Alliance). These organizations do have
expenses, and we contribute to help cover those. Also, the
neighborhood association sponsors our fall picnic, the
neighborhood web page and occasional newsletters that are not
totally free to produce.
The dues are a whopping $50 per year for single family homes. Condo associations pay $25 per unit if they wish to be a condominium member (that has to paid directly to the treasurer), or if their association had decided to be treated as a collection of single family residences, the dues are $50.
If you wish to make your annual dues payment by Paypal or by credit card - click here. There is a $2 service charge... but you don't have to write a check, you get a receipt, and the funds get sent directly to our neighborhood checking account.
Please consider renewing your membership

Collier-Northside Intersection

The intersection of Collier and Northside Drive improvement
project was scheduled to begin this summer, and to take about 2
years. It has been rescheduled (due to funding) to begin
in January or February of 2012.
Brookwood
Alliance Plan Available.
The presentation and study for the final phase of the Brookwood
Alliance plan is posted in the Links section.
This is the final version of the study done in the Spring urban
